Remix is our most customisable space, from 270 square meters and accommodating up to 200 guests, you can set up the space to various layouts of your choice. This space can be divided into two for those seeking a slightly smaller space but retaining all the modern amenities of Remix




Frequently asked questions

Room hire rates vary by space size and demand, with examples including £450-£550 per day for smaller meeting rooms (10-12 people) and £2,950-£3,150 per day for larger spaces like Remix 1+2 (up to 200 people). All quotes are held for 7 days only - if not confirmed within this timeframe, the space is automatically released. Commission of 10% is paid on gross rates.

The Arena accommodates up to 350 people in theatre style but only 162 with round tables. Remix 1+2 can hold up to 200 people in theatre setup or 135 people in cabaret style (9 people per table). Studio spaces typically accommodate 100 people maximum in theatre style, with smaller studios suitable for 10-40 people in boardroom or classroom layouts.

Tea and coffee without snacks costs £4 per person per serving, while tea/coffee with snacks is £7 per person. Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day is £17.50 per person, sandwich lunch is £17.50 per person, and restaurant lunch is £29 per person. Day Delegate Packages start at £75-£79 per person (minimum 90-250 people) including arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, lunch, afternoon break, room hire, and basic AV equipment.

Basic room hire includes complimentary WiFi, 85" TV with HDMI cable, screen/LCD projector, and 1 flipchart. Additional AV costs include PA system from £650-£750, microphones from £90-£100 each, and AV technician from £650 per day. Large conference live streaming equipment with up to 5 cameras costs £3,300-£3,500 per day.

External catering requires at least two weeks advance notice to secure necessary approvals. For simple items like sandwiches, you must sign a form confirming you won't need kitchen access. The venue cannot accommodate external catering requests with short notice (less than two weeks).

Larger spaces like Remix 1+2 require minimum food and beverage spend of £2,500-£4,000 depending on the event. Day Delegate Packages have minimum guaranteed numbers (typically 90-250 people). Room hire rates may be reduced if minimum spends are met, but rates are non-negotiable during high-demand periods like October.

Yes, you can supply your own AV equipment at no additional cost, but each item must be provided with a PAT test certificate, RAM test, and liability insurance documentation. The venue works with trusted AV suppliers who provide bespoke quotes, but external equipment is permitted with proper certification.

Bookings are initially held as 'First Option' (exclusive hold) or 'Shared Option' (multiple parties can bid). First Option quotes are valid for 7 days, after which spaces are automatically released. The venue requires full company details including name, address, phone number, and contract signatory information before confirming bookings.

Events typically run during standard business hours with setup time included in daily rates. Evening events until midnight are possible but may incur additional costs. The venue requires advance notice for specific setup requirements like stages, branded elements, or room reconfigurations between different event segments.

The Arena (23m x 18m) can accommodate up to 30 exhibition stands with 2m x 3m or 3m x 2m table configurations, with room hire at £5,000-£6,500. Power supply to tables and space for standing banners behind tables can be arranged. Remix spaces can be configured for networking with various layouts and accommodate up to 15 exhibition stands.
