With a high ceiling, large mirrors and sash windows, our Coopers Studio has an incredibly light and airy atmosphere. It's ideal for board or team meetings, small-scale presentations or away days or drinks receptions.

It has a capacity of 36 in boardroom setup, and been used successfully for small business meetings, team building events and networking evenings.




Frequently asked questions

Coopers Studio costs £1,050 + VAT for a 08:00-17:00 hire period. This includes an Event Manager, Duty Manager, Technician for in-house equipment, and basic staffing for fire marshalling. A PA system and 2 microphones are also included in the hire fee.

Coopers Studio can accommodate 60 people for standing events like drinks receptions. For seated arrangements, it holds 36 people in boardroom setup. The space has been successfully used for small business meetings, team building events and networking evenings.

Vehicle access is only allowed on site between 8am-11pm. If you need additional time for setup or breakdown the day before or after your event, you must arrange this in advance with the venue.

You can use your own caterer, but there's a £500 + VAT admin fee to set them up on the venue's system. Additionally, the venue charges 10% commission on the caterer's final invoice.

Woolwich Works partners with five handpicked caterers: Clement Worrall, KERB, Palette, Social Pantry, and The Clink Events. They also offer a simple internal catering menu that may meet basic requirements.

In-house furniture is included with the hire, subject to availability. You can view available furniture options on their website. If you need additional furniture not available on-site, this would incur extra charges.

A PA system and 2 microphones are included in the hire fee. Additional technical resources beyond this basic setup will incur extra charges. For requirements beyond their in-house capabilities, they recommend their external AV partner White Light.

The venue requires adequate lead time for events, particularly for larger gatherings or events requiring significant setup. Availability varies by date, and some dates may not be available due to capacity constraints or existing bookings.
