How it works

Request a quote using the form below, and one of our venue success team will be in touch for a consultation and to arrange a time for your venue photography session.
2. Show off your spaces
Get your venue looking ship-shape for when our venue photography team arrive to capture your event spaces - picture it like a site visit with a client!
3. We'll scan the venue
One of our team will take our Matterport 3D camera to your venue to scan all of your spaces. It takes approximately an hour to scan 1500sqft of space.
4. See the magic happen
Matterport's industry-leading imaging software will build an accurate virtual model of your venue, including multiple floors, VR support, floor plans, and POI labels.
5. We'll host your 3D tour
We'll send you an embeddable link to use wherever you want, and add your tour to your profile so clients can explore your spaces - like Google Street view for venues!

The cost of a 3D varies based on the size of the venue and time it takes to complete. You can get in touch to request a quote using the form below. Venues on Prime packages receive a discount on 3D tours - speak to your account manager for details.
Absolutely! Once we've created your virtual 3D model, it's yours to share with clients wherever you like. We'll host it on your Hire Space venue profile, but you'll also get an embeddable link to use it elsewhere.
Yes, you can choose to feature only certain spaces - for instance one floor - in your tour, though we recommend including as many as possible to give a full representation of your venue. Any spaces you do show should ideally be on the same floor and connected to each other to provide a useful model for clients.
