|  | Work Already Delivered --- Work which has already been delivered at the point you invoke the guarantee will be charged at the quoted rate but capped at 10% of total cost. E.g. rehearsals, pre-production, event builds, etc. |

 How much does the Covid Cover Guarantee cost?
It is included for free with all events booked with Hire Space.
 Can I buy the Covid Cover Guarantee for events not booked through Hire Space?
Yes, for a bespoke quote this can be provided. Prices start from £1,000.
 Which specific Venues and Suppliers cannot work under the Covid Cover Guarantee?
Your dedicated Account Executive will let you know if your quote includes any of the very limited number of venues or suppliers who cannot work under the Covid Cover Guarantee.
 If I add my own catering and other event suppliers. Can the Covid Cover Guarantee apply to that?
The Covid Cover Guarantee only covers spend which is booked with Hire Space. A bespoke quote can be provided for other spend. Prices start from £1,000.
 Are all suppliers and venues covered?
The vast majority of suppliers and venues are covered. However our policy, understandably, has certain exceptions which apply to venues and suppliers that require abnormal upfront financial commitment.
 What happens after 14 days before the event?
We cannot provide our Covid Cover Guarantee less than 14 days before the event. Irrespective of this, we would urge you to make a final decision on event format more than 14 days before the event to allow for clear attendee communications and sufficient operational lead time for your chosen event type.
 Do I get everything refunded as cash?
The Covid Cover Guarantee allows you to hedge your bets and shift spend between in-person, hybrid and virtual events. Our team and solutions will cover all eventualities, but the guarantee does not provide a cash refund on cancellation.
