The Thames Room, can be combined with our other spaces to ensure you can celebrate all of your day here, and with onsite car parking and a late licence, we are the perfect choice.

Adjoining our larger Thames Room, is the Henley Room, the ideal breakout space for smaller meetings. With plenty of natural light and views across to the River Thames the Henley Room is the perfect choice for meeting in style.

Laden with rowing history, the International Rowing Gallery is home to some of rowing's most remarkable objects. Celebrate the themes of success by hosting your event amongst the winner of the first Oxford-Cambridge boat race or the coxless four in which Sir Steve Redgrave won his fifth Olympic gold medal. Perfect for drinks receptions and with sumptuous bowl food and canapés from our outstanding caterers, this stunning gallery space provides excellent ice-breakers for after-conference networking.
