Our Ceviche Old St Peruvian restaurant is a large, bright and modern renovation in what was once the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms built by Sir Thomas Lipton of Lipton's Tea. The restaurant seats 70 guests and a further 60 by the bar area making this a great setting for large events, parties, team building events and celebrations. The restaurant looks onto our large open kitchen where guests can watch our chefs prepare fresh ceviches, and enjoy the theatre of cooking as they flambe our famous Lomo Saltado marinated beef.
The 60-cover bar area at Ceviche Old St pays homage to the glory days of the Alexandra Trust Dining Rooms and has a distinct East-London 'pub' feel. In addition, Ceviche Old St is also a modern Peruvian art gallery, showcasing the work of Peru's top contemporary artists; exhibiting paintings, photography, street art and sculpture. It's an incredible building and perfect dining space. Our talented bar team have created a range of cocktails using pisco, the national spirit of Peru. Even when tackling the classics our bar is 100% all about pisco. We serve wines and our own British craft beer.
