Dry hire large 4000 sq ft first floor hall. Laminate flooring with low level stage. Kitchen plus separate mens and women's toilets directly off of hall. High pitched roof ceilings 3m valley, 5.2m peak. Outdoor patio area. Off street parking for several cars. Great for conferences up to 500 and for dinners and if you want to bring your own catering, or Hire Space can organise catering for you.
Ground Floor Hall
This 4,300 square-feet hall is available for dry hire and is ideal for business purposes. It has a 4m high ceiling with attractive spot-lighting, and two columns. It is carpeted with clean, spacious men's and women's toilets off the hall's adjoining corridor. No tea point/kitchen facilities are currently available (as of January 2020) but will be considered for future provision. Additional facilities, ie PA and AV will be considered for future provision. The 'First Floor Hall' space upstairs has a kitchen, PA and AV facilities.
