The Gallery is finally ready to welcome guests! Located on the second floor, the 2,000-square-feet venue also has two toilets and a retro kitchen. Conveniently located in Southwark, an 11-min walk from Waterloo Train Station and 5 minutes from Southwark Tube Station, this space is a great option to host corporate events, conferences and brand launches. The Gallery Hall is an 840m2 multi-purpose space and can be used for an exhibition, conference, awards dinner or as space for catering for events taking place in the Conference Centre. Overlooking the Gallery Hall is the 550m2 Atrium level which provides additional spaces for a growing event. The adjoining Conference Centre offers seven breakout rooms which aid smooth delegate flow between the plenary, catering and exhibition space. Included in the room hire is a dedicated registration desk and cloakroom area which allows the space to be used self-contained.
Conference Room 1 is located within the Sainsburys Wing of the National Gallery on Level 1 and can accommodate up to 30 guests boardroom style and 75 theatre style. This room inter connects with Conference Room 2, has natural daylight and catering can be served to the back of the space. Included in the hire of this space is a projector, drop down screen, PC, audio system and DVD player all supported by a dedicated in house Audio Visual team.
Level 5 Function Room is the largest private reception area in the Southbank Centre, and features floor to ceiling windows meaning it is bathed in natural light. The room has great views over the London Eye and Westminster, and offers the perfect location for inspiring workshops, conferences and meetings.
The Apartment at The Hoxton, Holborn offers a creative workshop, conference or meeting space that is bound to stir the creative juices within your team and lead to a memorable and productive day. It can be hired out exclusively for larger groups, product launches, fashion brands and when you need a bit more elbow room. Make yourself at home and raid the Pantry stocked full of free drinks and goodies, whilst relaxing or getting some work done in the six individually designed rooms. Alternatively, make use of the whole apartment for a standing event up to 250 guests.
