The Hall is located in the lower ground floor of Japan House. This space has been designed to high standards in order to be a multi purpose space for events. The black tiered seating is optional as it can be retracted and stored, enhancing this room's prefect white canvas features. This space is ideal for dinners, drinks reception and awards ceremonies.
The Semi-Private Lounge area is most often used for networking events and after-work celebrations. We can also use the projector screen for product demonstrations, birthday or anniversary show reels or anything else you’d like to share with your party. The area can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for open area networking events or champagne and canape reception.
The Player's Tunnel and Pitch-Side are the perfect spaces to impress your guests and give them a little glimpse into the Home of England Rugby. Any sports fan will remember this venue for years to come. Pitch-side BBQ's make for an ideal summer party with access to the prestigious Royal Box and England Changing Rooms. Pre-dinner drinks receptions are also perfectly suited to the Player's Tunnel and pitch-side, before heading to one of the larger rooms in the West Stand for a seated dinner. This space has a capacity of 500 people for a buffet and 800 for a reception.

The 7,000-square-feet Oval Space is adorned with panoramic windows, offering a breath-taking view of the Bethnal Green gasworks. The space is also connected to two open-air terraces, ideal for a breath of fresh air. The venue comes fully staffed (security, cloakroom, bar, technicians, etc.) to cater to your requests, and catering can be supplied in-house or via preferred suppliers. We also offer to assist with any production needs you may have.
