EV 2 Is a flexible meeting room or hospitality space adjunct the main Theatre Bar. The room benefits from large windows with a view over the historic Hope Street, and is equipped with a projection technology and a service area for hospitality. EV 2 is ideal for meetings, training or corporate hospitality.


Set in the heart of Liverpool's commercial district and just a five minute walk from Moorfields train station, The Plaza is an ideal location for meetings, interviews and small conferences. The suite of five Red Rooms accommodate up to 45 people and come equipt with free Wi-fi and AV equipment, you will also receive complementary refreshments and delegate stationary with every booking.


The Conference Suite is purpose-built as a permanent conference facility with all the Audio-visual and presentation facilities required fo a successful event or training course. We can comfortably seat 120 in theatre style, or cabaret, boardroom, classroom, u-shape with or without chairs or simply to host a reception. There is a screen and lcd projector at both ends of the suite with an operable wall in order to divide the meeting into 2 groups if required. Gateway has been providing fully accessible training, meeting and conference facilities since 2002 for a wide range of clients.

Perfect to accommodate an exhibition, conference, dinner or reception for up to 600 delegates theatre style.

WIth limited parking on site too, this venue is ideal for your delegates. This grade II listed building effortlessly combines traditional features with state of the art technology, including an IT suite, video conferencing along with audio and visual recording facilities for your conference.


A recent refurbishment to the Grade II listed building with lots of natural daylight and high specification PA systems ideal for speeches, receptions and dining. The Venue has been furnished as a modern, bright and chic space with beautiful panoramic views that overlook the waterfront. There are two contemporary, gallery style rooms which lend themselves perfectly to corporate entertaining. Perfect for drinks receptions and welcoming your guests, with incredible views over the River Mersey and comes complete with its own adjacent balcony. The blank canvas spaces are ideal for branding.

St George's Hall Liverpool City Centre

Described as "the finest example of neo classical architecture in the word" The Great Hall is an unique choice for any corporate event. Delegates can admire the Willis Organ, the barrel vaulted ceiling, statues and stained glass windows. We are accustomed to hosting conferences, exhibitions, fairs and lectures. If you would like to combine a drink reception with your event we can accommodate up to 1000. Set in an unbeatable location in the heart of Liverpool (opposite Lime Street Station), access to the venue couldn't be easier.


This highly acclaimed training and conference space is not only available at a reasonable price, but it boasts a city centre location and excellent public transport links close by. It's accessible for local and out-of-town visitors alike making it an ideal venue for for your business's needs.


The Grand Lounge is the perfect location to sit down, relax and enjoy a delightful afternoon tea, from £13.95. Tea and Coffee is also available in the Grand Lounge between 11-3pm. The Grand Lounge can also be used as the central hub for any Conference and Event. Its central within the building therefore great as a area for food & drink/breakout room.


The Roddick Conference Suite boasts fabulous views of the River Mersey and Liverpool City. The suite can be used as one or divided into two or three individual spaces which can be used for training, networking or social spaces. All rooms are fully equipped with business facilities, providing lecterns, static & roving microphones and state of the art integrated audio-visual equipment, video conferencing facilities are available as well as blu-ray/DVD players, iPod docks. Located on the fourth floor of the building and have easy access to roof terraces. There is also free Wifi throughout.

The Space Liverpool Georgian Quater

This space is ideal for various types of events including exhibitions, group meetings, training courses, workshops, seminars and conferences. Located on the prestigious Rodney Street in a beautifully restored Georgian property in Liverpool's Georgian Quarter. Adaptable set up of the room. Including seating for up to 40 people and standing up to 50 people. Tables also provided. The room can be cleared to create maximum space. Facilities include: Free Fi-Wi Screen & projector Flip charts and paper Whiteboard Tea, Coffee, Water Lots of natural light Additional rooms available


This is the largest and probably most versatile room combination, created by opening up the Seminar and Lounge rooms to produce a bright & spacious event space. It comes equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual facilities, including a wall-mounted 225cm SMART Board, infra-red hearing loop and a built in PA system with hand held and lapel microphones. It has a been utilised for a range of purposes including conferences, parties and church services. Featuring natural daylight from large windows along one wall, this room is perfect for any event for up to 100 people.
