This lovely space is linked to our spacious rainy day room giving loads of space for a variety of film or photo needs.

With plain white walls it's a great neutral background enlivened by our bright retro posters and a huge wall map as well as the quirky pallet wood kitchen itself.

Ideal for a surf shoot, fashion shoot or outdoors wear. We have a fire pit and seating area outside perfect for a bit of outdoor cooking and 30 acres of wider farm for wandering in wild woodlands, rolling Devon and Cornish views as well as being just 3 miles from the rugged coastline.

Koa Tree offers an amazing space combining luxury camping with working spaces and outdoor wilderness on the North Devon coast.

It is perfect for corporate events, design forums, weddings, art retreats, a cookery school and much more. Set on a working smallholding we have a huge indoor space as well as a deckchair cinema ideal for presentations or as a artists working space. Our kitchen is set-up for teaching small cookery groups of 5-15 people and we have space for marquees or outdoor events on our volleyball court.

Accommodation for 45 people in yurts, log cabins and bell tents.
