Plateau sits in a prime fourth floor location at the top of Canada Place building opposite the tower. Plateau offers two distinct dining areas and a semi-open view kitchen – a bar and grill and a more formal main restaurant each with their own outside terraces – two bars, a private dining room and a cigar room. Plateau can seat up to 260 guests for a sit down dinner, or 500 for a drinks reception.
