The venue can accommodate up to 500 guests standing across 3 floors. For seated events, the maximum capacity is 150 guests. The venue is open plan across all floors with no private rooms available, which may impact events requiring contained spaces for ceremonies or presentations.

The venue offers several configurations including the diner and pool room, the lounge (second floor with bar and DJ area), or exclusive hire of the entire venue across 3 floors. Semi-private options are available for smaller groups, with areas accommodating 70 and 250 guests respectively.

DJ services are available for £500 +VAT, and there's an on-site photobooth that can be unlocked for £420 +VAT. The lounge area includes access to where the DJ is located as part of the space hire. All additional services are subject to VAT.
