Safehouse 1 is a fantastic derelicht space ideal for filming and photoshoots. The Victorian house provides four large rooms with stripped down walls revealing the wooden structure. An additional perk is one of the floors having been completely removed to create a double height room. Regardless of its run-down, characterful aspect, the building benefits from domestic electricity and WC. Located very close from Peckham Rye station, it is easily accessible from central London. The main hall has church style seating for 120 people. This space is ideal for seminars, church functions such as weddings, baptisms. The Hall is kitted with a conferencing system with a single PTZ camera, screen and sound system. The seating capacity of the Hall can be extended to the adjacent grass turfed area by virtue of French doors which open fully to give an un-interrupted in-out experience.

The Clockhouse suite comprises of a large bar area and dining room complete with a dance floor. Offering a private space for birthdays, baby showers through to engagements and retirement parties. The space is versatile and elegant.

Located in a Grade II listed building, the Menier Room is a versatile space for photography & film shoots. Loft-style warehouse room with exposed brick walls, floor to ceiling windows, cast iron cred columns and original wooden beams. Unfurnished, blank canvas studio with superb daylight and a period industrial style.
