Space description
The Lower Link is an open spacious room that connects the Generating Chamber and the Combustion Chamber, with large double doors that open out on to the Courtyard. It is ideal for a registration / cloakroom area for events, as well as a smaller breakout space.
The Lower Link is included in both part and full building hires.

Retaining the features and character of an imposing industrial space, the building began life as a Victorian Power Station in 1896. Located in the heart of Shoreditch & a few minutes walk away from Old Street tube station, these multi-functional spaces are suitable for all types of productions & events. Bigger corporate hires are most welcome!
We are an unusual venue in that the building is also home to the National Centre for Circus Arts - a charity dedicated to supporting circus arts education & development. All revenue from commercial venue hire goes directly to the running of the centre.
