Motel is a collection of Victorian railway arches that create extremely versatile event spaces. Studio 1 and Studio 2 can be hired individually or, as they have an adjoining corridor, can be used together. Motel hosts a variety of events, such as product launches, pop-ups, screenings, workshops and private parties, including Christmas parties. CLIENTS INCLUDE: BBC, Virgin, HBO, Nike, Fenty Beauty, MC Saatchi, Adidas, Oakley, Puma, Dior, Lancome, Glenmorangie, ELF Cosmetics, LVMH.

Our newly renovated arches offer a welcoming space for an array of events. Our venue is filled with natural lighting, and offers standing events for 300. Our Garden is spacious and allows you to soak up the sun all day round. Our friendly staff will be on hand to ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Located in Clapham North, close to the city but away from hustle and bustle and alongside a Digital Marketing Agency. We are 7 mins away from Stockwell station (Victoria line and Northern Line) or 5min away from Clapham North Station (Northern Line). A versatile venue that can comfortably accommodate a wide range of events. It is a perfect place to hold workshops, meetups, seminars, small conferences, evening networking events, small lunches, photoshoots, yoga and more. Good for game nights, we can include table tennis and table football if needed.

Canvas is a bright open space with polished concrete floors, ideal for hosting networking and business events, as well as receptions. With its industrial look and abundance of natural daylight, this space is easy to adjust according to your needs. The venue includes multiple comfortable breakout rooms and a bar with a range of drinks. Besides that, you can choose from an approved catering list for the perfect catering for your event. The whole place can fit up to 300 people.
