Hanbury Hall has a rich and eclectic history. Originally built in 1719 as a French Huguenot church, this place has witnessed a count of noteworthy events, including public readings by Charles Dickens and the 1888 Match girls strike meeting. In modern days, it has been renovated and repurposed into a versatile space, with high ceilings and windows which allow natural daylight to flood the room. Thanks to a recent restoration and refurbishment, the national heritage building is now complemented with the contemporary Spitalfields style.
