A unique space for dining, meetings, and events The historic Temple Bar, designed by Sir Christopher Wren and completed in 1672, is located in the shadow of St. Paul’s Cathedral in the City of London. Guests can arrive for a reception at the back of the house in the Orangery and South Parlours. In fine weather, enjoy the terrace overlooking Greenwich Park before heading through to the Hall for dinner. For those wishing to add a dancing element to their event, the venue offers its Undercroft where guests can also retreat for post dinner drinks, dancing and entertainment. The Peter Harrison Planetarium is housed in a reveres truncated cone with geometry that reflects key astronomical concepts in its relation to space. It is equipped with one of the most advanced digital laser projectors in the world, the only one of its kind in Europe, giving startling clarity to the journey through space. Clients are welcome to project onto the dome and can work with our programmers and astronomers to build bespoke shows.
Any event held at St James's Piccadilly is steeped in history, with easy access to the rest of the West End, Soho, and Mayfair. Moments from Piccadilly and Green Park tube stations. The church was designed by Sir Christopher Wren and consecrated in 1684. Wren's design is committed to simplicity, with clear glass windows that flood the space with dappled light. There are wooden galleries on three sides. At the back of the church, there is a magnificent organ. All of which makes for a beautiful and dramatic event space. Seated capacity of 450
The most impressive of the spaces, can be used for meetings, conferences, dinners and receptions. It is fully air conditioned and has large windows. The sophisticated audio visual system can be controlled from the technician’s box or directly from the speaker’s platform, and features state of the art webcasting facilities among its features. It can accommodate conferences for up to 300 guests.
This venue is ideal for private dining with space for up to 180 people with plenty of space to also have arrival drinks. There is a private bar and a small outside area perfect for summer months.
The upstairs room at Cafe Rouge Cheltenham is the perfect space for any event. Banquettes would work well here due to the huge size of the room along with the elegant and glamorous decor. There is a large private bar and plenty of space for dancing allowing this room to easily be used for standing events. Whether dining or enjoying a drinks reception, the private terrace is a great spot for an early evening reception before moving inside.
