Space description
The open plan design, high ceiling, and windowed front wall make Hatch an excellent venue for art exhibitions, rehearsals, recitals, and musical or dramatic performances. This gallery-cafe-bar-hangout is filled with antiques and interesting art and decor. The second level is actually a mezzanine, which is a great vantage point for watching whatever may be happening at ground level. The performance area is filled with natural light from all the windows, and the high ceiling creates an impression of expansiveness. The space is roomy enough to accommodate 100 people.

Converted from a 1950's print factory loading bay, Hatch has a full ceiling height of over 5m, and 2 mezzanine areas, so there is plenty of space for you o curate your perfect day. Our impressive entrance, constructed from salvaged windows, is an ideal photo opportunity but also floods the building with lovely natural light.
Having been through a colourful history of uses, including a clothes-market, and illegal night club and boxing gym it is now transformed into this hidden gem, where we plan to make your day special.
