We work both with event organisers and directly with clients and have hosted a huge array of unusual and spectacular happenings – including large and complex installations for major brands, intimate private dinners, wedding receptions, fashion shows, company away days, meetings and, of course, a whole host of experiential days and evenings. With bespoke packages to suit any client, First Option offers a gorgeous and versatile backdrop to any event.

Studio 2 doubles up as a great space for Photogrpahy shoots and location filming. This studio has been used many times by theatre companies for marketing shoots, along with many large TV companies for onsite filming. You may recognize some of the furniture from X Factor 2012. Beautiful white brick drive in studio, perfect for all sort of art activities. Large private courtyard area and free parking on site for up to 10 cars. The space come with additional chill out room and can also be hired together with Studio 1. Concrete floors throughout and high 13 foot ceiling.

UP Studio 2 is a stylish, open-plan venue, on the edge of the City and Shoreditch. The space is perfect for workshops, meetings, away days, as well as film or photo shoots. 12 minutes walk from Angel or Old Street tubes, it is a bright, characterful space overlooking a quiet courtyard. The venue includes 65" TV, speakers, video conferencing equipment, whiteboards and free Wifi. We also have a fully equipped kitchen and free tea and coffee all day. And there is a lovely canalside cafe downstairs in the courtyard.
