The Maitland suite is located on the ground floor, just behind reception. This room can accommodate up to 30 guests for private dining. The room has natural daylight and fully controllable air conditioning.
The Baldwin Room, ideally located on the first floor of The Ivy Bath Brasserie, accommodates 30 guests on one long table, 40 guests across four rounds or 70 guests for a standing reception. The Parkland Suite is our largest function room. Offering a capacity of 200 theatre and 80 cabaret with a modern design. The room is situated on the ground floor. The room has partitions and can be separated into one area for 120 theatre and one area for 60 theatre.

With direct access to the car park, guests are sure to receive full privacy during your special day. The suite has a beautiful herb garden adjacent to it and has the historic Malvern Priory as a backdrop. You can work alongside our experienced chefs and dedicated events team to get every little detail perfect for your big day.
