The Nash and Brandon Rooms are perfectly suited to host meetings and presentations to company dinners and receptions with event organisation and catering for the day provided exclusively by Arnold & Henderson. AV equipment and support from professional Technicians is available in-house to ensure the smooth running of your event.

The Main Gallery is perfect for any central London events. From drinks receptions to seated dinners through to networking events looking for a unique setting. The London Film Museum can provide exclusivity of all 4 cellars or individual spaces, providing many options with perfect fluidity between rooms. The Main Gallery features the 'Bond in Motion' exhibition providing a unique event space and an exclusive view of 007's vintage car collection. The museum can also be hired exclusively, providing access for all cellars and mezzanine level.

From the office summer party or corporate dinner to exhibitions and conferences, the Queen's Tower Rooms is a large adaptable space for up to 640 guests. With the flexibility to divide the space into three different areas, it's a blank canvas which can be transformed to suit a wide range of events. Imperial Venues also offers a range of delegate packages complete with award-winning catering, state-of-the-art AV equipment and dedicated event managers.

Our largest space, this room has floor to ceiling windows overlooking St James' Park. It is filled with all your technology needs and is included in the venue hire rate. Perfect for conferences, webcasting, meetings.

Venue 1 is our most versatile room. It can be transformed to accommodate a variety of events and will easily seat 300 people theatre-style for lectures, presentations, conferences, product launches or exhibitions. There is assisted access to the venue.

Impress your guests with the full cabaret show - and grand double height atrium capable of accommodating spectacular aerial performance, or simply the ground floor for a fabulous feast, with carefully curated cocktail list. Atmosphere 28 has reclaimed wooden flooring from old gymnasiums and exposed brickwork form Manchester factories, which only compliment the most stunning London skyline views and is just right for giving your corporate event and edgy feel.

The Tavern Room is situated on ground floor and is easily accessible from the reception area. The room features large windows that allow natural daylight to flood into the room during breakfast meetings, board meetings or smaller conferences. The room can be transformed to drinks reception area or post-dinner party space.

The Wolfson Conference Suite is a purpose built space ideal for discussion events, press conferences, screenings and product launches. It also includes an interconnecting green room for briefing speakers, media interviews or a conference office. The exhibition Area is included within the hire of the Wolfson Conference Suite. This provides a separate space for breakout groups or a catering space for day conferences. The spaces combined create the perfect evening party space for weddings and private parties, with the bar in one area and dancing in the other.

The Great Hall is an imposing room at 28ft high and 115ft long. Located in the heart of BMA House on the first floor, the room offers views from a balcony over the main Courtyard. It is particularly impressive when set up for a conference, boasting luxurious retractable seating and state of the art AV equipment.
