With a capacity of up to 120 people for a reception, 60 people for private dining, and 40 people in theatre style, it is ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and presentations. The room is 84 sqm in size and features high-speed internet access, audiovisual equipment, air conditioning, and disabled access. The hire prices are £360 per hour, £1800 per day (9am-5pm), and £900 for evening hire (7pm - midnight), all inclusive of VAT. The minimum spend estimate is set at a reasonable level to accommodate different event budgets. The Windmill Room is a perfect choice for hosting a range of events in a stylish and well-equipped setting.

The Studio at The Vinyl Factory has exposed brickwork and modern facilities. 

Situated in the heart of Soho, it is ideal for events including meetings, workshops, fashion shows, trade events. exhibitions, pop up installations and productions. 

We charge £2,200 (8am to 6pm) or £2,750 (8am to 11pm) for the set-up day and £3,300 (8am to 6pm) or £4,400 (8am to 11pm) for each event day.
